As our Communications Specialist you will be part of developing a top-notch communications department, that strongly contributes to the division?s overall business goals. You will participate in strategic communications planning and be responsible for supporting a successful communications system, spanning over country borders.
It's in the communications team's assignment to create positive PR around both the corporate brand and product brands. The team are to handle media crisis, but even more so, being proactive in communicating all our great success stories. You will play a key role in further developing the employer brand and communicate the divison?s dedicated corporate responsibility work. You are also to contribute in strengthening an already strong value-based culture.
As our Communications Specialist, you will report to the Communications Manager for World Foods & Flavouring Division of Paulig Group.
Responsibilities
• Assisting in developing the division's communications strategy
• Creating content- both written text, film and photography. This can be for example an article for our intranet, a film for LinkedIn, a pressrelease or a company presentation.
• Editoring and publishing content in internal communications channels (i.e. the intranet, infoboards, webcasts)
• Handling media and internal communications in times of crisis
• PR event planning
• Project leader responsibilities
Qualifications
• University degree in Media & Communication/Journalism
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably within communications in the private sector
• Basic technical skills in film production, photography and photo/film editing is an advantage
• Project leader experience
• Spoken and written Swedish and English at a professional level
