In this role, you will support ABB Electrification's Marketing and Sales organization in Sweden with content creation for external communications channels, as well as with coordination/project management of marketing activities, reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager for ABB Electrification Sweden. You are responsible for absorbing ideas, news and content in order to communicate and market externally. In a tight collaboration with agencies and colleagues within ABB, you drive the way we communicate our offering and focus areas to the market.
The position is based in our office in central Västerås and requires travelling within Sweden a few times per month.
Your responsibilities
Create, manage, and review campaigns, messages and materials supporting the global and local marketing and communications objectives.
Responsible for communications calendars, press releases, articles, customer cases and trade media contacts.
Manage social media channels, produce social media communication and develop a plan for our presence.
Produce videos and graphical material.
Create presentations and produce briefing material for spokespeople.
Run projects, such as project launches, customer events and trade fairs.
Continuous monitoring of all activities with KPIs.
Your background
University degree, preferably in journalism / communication / marketing / or related field.
Experienced in marketing communications, ideally in a communication agency or related B2B industries.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading capabilities are mandatory.
Excellent skills (verbal and written) in Swedish and English.
Action-oriented, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize when there is a high workflow and take ownership of large projects.
Strong analytical skills, able to support on keynote presentations, executive talking points, media briefings, Q&A documents etc.
Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suit, video and MS Office programs.
