hela Sverige We are looking for a Communications Specialist who is passionate about communication and working in an international environment. Position is located in Markaryd.
You will interact with many parts of the organization and will be expected to provide communication materials for various stakeholders, work on global and local communication activities, and ensure these are aligned with the overall corporate strategy. You will have the opportunity to work and take lead on many different projects. You will report directly to the Marketing and Communications Manager, BU Lift Trucks.
Your new role
Plan communication objectives
Prepare and adhere to budgets
Producing content from concept through publication for different target groups
Develop and execute internal communication activities
Event management
Oversee planning, creation, and delivery of press releases and editorials
Deepen relationships with the media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization
Occasionally be the back-up for the Markaryd office reception; greeting visitors and manage the switchboard
All above will be in cooperation with your MarCom colleagues at KC lift trucks.
What you should bring
We are looking for a hands-on marketer with proven competency in managing projects and a minimum of 1+ years' experience in communication. You will need to be highly self-motivated, proactive, and be able to work across a multitude of cultures.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in communications or another relevant field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
Capability to develop and implement sustainable communication development plans
Service-minded and flexible working style
Able to work independently as well as a member of a team
Digital literacy, comfortable using MS office tools, digital tools, and media
Video and photography skills are highly appreciated
Native-level English is highly appreciated
