hela Sverige As Communications Specialist focusing on internal communication and social media you will contribute to telling our story and explain our exciting way forward to internal and external audiences. You will be part of our journey to set up a new internal communications structure, including new ways of engaging with our employees. You will build pride and bridges between our regions and functions and give our management tools to communicate with our employees.
You will also turn your engagement towards our external audiences, such as passengers, truck drivers, politicians and decision makers. As responsible for our social media channels your will position the Stena Line brand through sharing exciting content and stories and - based on data - managing social media campaigns, in close collaboration with our travel and freight departments.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement and modernise internal communication that engage and empower all employees.
• Set up and project lead new communication channels to reach our employees, such as physical and digital events and regional newsletters.
• Plan, monitor and optimise existing channels for internal and external communications
• Develop creative and emotionally engaging stories and messaging to inspire and captivate audiences.
• Manage Stena Line's presence in social networking sites, through creating new content, moderating and sharing material from important influencers, politicians, and customers.
• Plan and run social media campaigns, including tracking data.
• Cooperate with colleagues in our Travel and Freight organisations to ensure one branded message and user experience.
• Be part of the Stena Line Crisis Communication Team.

Who you are
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We're looking for a creative and positive person that can challenge us in developing our internal and external communications to its full potential. You probably have both some work experience and a university degree or similar. You have experience in planning and leading communication activities as well as creating content for different target groups. A keen interest for communication is a must, and as a person you are proactive, self-driven and likes to work both on an operational as well as strategic level.
Qualifications:
• University degree in Communications
• 3-5 years' experience from internal communication and social media
• Experience from working in an international environment
• Strong project management skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
