hela Sverige We have an immediate opening for the role as Communications Manager Internal Engagement for Sweden & Nordics.
As Communications Manager Internal Engagement you will support and contribute to AkzoNobel?s global internal communications/engagement strategy. You will be a member of the Integrated Communications team in Sweden & Nordics and provide Internal Communications support to further increase the engagement of AkzoNobel employees in the region. This includes a proactive internal communications strategy development and execution for AkzoNobel and its businesses (Decorative Paints, Performance Coatings, and Specialty Chemicals) and providing counsel and coaching on internal communications related topics to the local business units and industrial sites.
Qualifications
• University degree in communications with exceptional writing and presentation skills
• 7-10 years? experience in internal communications and/or change communications with a strong business acumen
• Native level in Swedish and fluent in English
• Experience working in an international matrix organization and comfortable with building relationships with key internal stakeholders across the company
• Experience with complex communication issues and project management
• Understanding of new internal communications techniques, internal social engagement platforms and the ability to translate these into locally relevant engagement opportunities
• Proven ability to manage and implement both national and global internal engagement and change communications programs, with a proven track record of digital campaigns and execution
• Team player with an open and energetic attitude, easy to shift between tasks and responsibilities who can work independently as well
• Comfortable with working under pressure
