SKF söker nu en kommunikatör som ska ansvara för intern och extern kommunikation för affärsområdet Strategic Industries.
Vi söker en erfaren, serviceinriktad och kreativ kommunikatör med naturlig känsla för strategisk redaktionell kommunikation och moderna medier, gärna med erfarenhet från globala företag eller byrå.
Du ansvarar för affärsområdets interna och externa kommunikation och arbetar brett med olika interna och externa kanaler, som beställare samt med viss egen produktion. Du arbetar nära affärsområdeschefen och ledningsgruppen, samt i globala nätverk och projekt med kommunikatörer och andra intressenter.
Du är en god skribent som arbetar med redaktionellt material och PR.
Du har högskoleutbildning och har minst 3-5 års erfarenhet.
Du sätter dig lätt in i en industriell och försäljningsinriktad verksamhet, är utåtriktad och snabbtänkt.
Tjänsten är placerad inom SKF's stab Koncernkommunikation.
Communications Manager
SKF Industrial Market, Strategic Industries
Background
We are now looking for a new Internal and Corporate Communications Manager for the business area SKF Strategic Industries (SI).
The position is responsible for the SI internal and corporate communication including the cascading of messages to support the business area initiatives as well as the overall Group direction. The responsibility also involves driving the SI development of success stories, editorial and PR content and the SI presence in internal and external communication channels. A major task is to support the SI management with presentation and communication packages.
You will work closely with the SI President and management team. In addition, you are part of a network of SKF Communication professionals and will work in communication related projects on cross-business initiatives. The position resides in Group Communication.
Job description
• Be responsible for the SI internal and corporate communication supporting the business area strategic business priorities and internal initiatives as well as supporting One SKF.
• Support the SI management with presentation and communication packages.
• Develop the SI internal and corporate communications strategy and plan and drive/coordinate the tactical activities. Provide input for Group Communication plans.
• Plan, drive and coordinate the SI Success story process and the development of corporate editorial and PR content for the business area.
• Support Group Investor Relations with SI input for quarterly and annual reports and Capital Market Days.
• Drive the cascading of business area activities and messages and support the cascading of Group activities and messages.
• Be a member of the SKF editorial team and drive the corporate content of news and articles for SI on SKF online channels and other communication channels based on the SKF Group editorial strategy and plan. Drive the technical development from a corporate content perspective and research user statistics that enhances the value of SI relevant online channels and other communication channels.
• Write, review and edit SI editorial content.
• Support SI related major internal events, such as management conferences.
• Drive and take part in communication projects supporting cross-business initiativesas part of a network of SKF Communication professionals.
Job requirements
• Proven background (3+ years) in communications or journalism, with minimum of 2 years writing and/or creating content, presentations and communication packages.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in the English language.
• Presentation skills; working easily with concepts to develop superior presentation materials.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Windows. Other system knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to work in an environment with high speed and frequent change of priorities. Hands-on, organized and able to prioritize.
• Ability to thrive in a communications-focused environment with an innovative, strategic mindset.
Location
Location will be in Gothenburg.
