Job description
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing B2B marketing campaigns across local markets, ensuring campaign objectives and KPIs are achieved. The role includes advising markets on target audiences, messaging, content, channel selection, and localization, as well as supporting the development of landing pages, marketing automation email flows, and campaign reporting. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns. In addition, the position supports the coordination of selected Tier 1 marketing programs and works closely with local markets and agencies to deliver effective, data-driven campaigns throughout the customer journey.
Required skills
Has a bachelor's degree, typically in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. Might have had a master's degree in the field as well.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or packaging industry.
Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on campaign performance metrics.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaign simultaneously
Stakeholder management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messaging to B2B customers especially in manufacturing industry
Ability to work cross-functionally with comms ops in the markets, global external & internal comms teams, marketing to align on the objectives.
Problem solving skills, Flexibility/ adaptability
Ability to create compelling presentations and being able to deliver them for campaign result reporting
Technology industry background
Project management & stakeholder management
Preferrd skills
Experience from food & beverage manufacturing or packaging industry.
Use to working in different timezones.
Masters in related field like digital marketing
