Job Description
As the Communication Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our studio informed, aligned, and inspired. You'll ensure that internal communication flows smoothly across teams, projects, and locations, helping everyone stay connected to studio goals, milestones, and culture.
We're offering a permanent position in Malmö, Sweden, with the flexibility to work partially from home (up to two days a week) under our Flexible Workplace Policy. Please apply using English, our company's primary language.
What you'll do
Studio Meetings
Create and manage the plan for Morning Meetings, including timing and content.
Act as point of contact for internal teams and projects for studio-wide meetings.
Set up meetings in Teams and support Studio leadership with meeting organization.
Intranet Ownership
Serve as the main point of contact for the studio's intranet (Agora).
Ensure that intranet pages, documents, and assets remain up to date and well-organized.
Coordinate with local teams to maintain relevant and accurate internal information.
Internal Communications Content
Support all internal teams with communication needs, including drafting and editing content.
Serve as a primary contact for internal communications requests.
Internal Content Distribution
Handle the distribution of internal content across Agora, Teams, and other internal channels.
Coordinate content sharing with multiple studio locations, including the Swedish studios.
Teams Maintenance & Updates
Maintain and update Microsoft Teams channels and structures for project and studio communication.
Newsletter Creation
Lead the creation, layout, content development, and distribution of both the Massive and Stockholm studio newsletters.
Oversee newsletter follow-up and continuous improvements.
Leadership Communication Support
Assist with leadership messaging, including planning and distributing change communications.
Qualifications
What you'll bring
University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Writing and communication skills in fluent English, Swedish is a plus but not mandatory
Proven track-record in internal communications and internal culture/values projects.
Solid knowledge of communications planning and strategy
Experience creating and driving communication through various channels such as Teams, Sharepoint, Wordpress etc.
