Communications Manager wanted!

We are currently looking for a 12 month substitute for the Communications Manager in charge of the Communications department of bwin Games. Our team at the office in central Stockholm is responsible for internal communications and employer branding and consists of a Copywriter and an Assistant. You will also work closely with the Corporate Communications department at our HQ in Vienna and report to the MD at bwin Games Stockholm.
Your place at the table
Responsibility for internal communications as well as employer branding for bwin Games, incl. budget responsibility
Strategic work and planning for communications projects
Internal communications: responsible for keeping employees updated through various channels, e.g. intranet (assistant has operational responsibility) and internal newsletter (information materials produced in-house by Communications department)
Responsible for the employer branding work, including:
Events (in cooperation with the HR department)
PR (in cooperation with external agency)
Production of information material

Player profile
You have several years of experience from the communications field, preferably from a communications/marketing department, both from internal and external communications - employer branding and PR background is a plus.
As a person you are analytical and strategic, hard working, effective and can work under time pressure. Juggling many tasks at once is not a problem! We also believe you are organized and thorough and truly enjoy what you do. You’re a tough, driven negotiator and eager to drive the communications topic within the company.
Your English speaking and writing skills are of course excellent, as all communication is done in English.
