About the role
As Communications Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the President in communication - external and internal. Your work will be aligned with and focused on supporting the strategic development of the organization. You will need to find new and interesting ways of influencing internal and external stakeholders across the world. You will have overall responsibility for developing, planning and delivering communications initiatives so will need to be just as comfortable sitting in management team meeting as rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done on the shop floor.
About you
You have academic background and a degree within communications, HR or Business Management. You have a proven track record of working with communications strategies and initiatives across internal comms, PR and/or social media. As a person, you have an ability to work at a high level, as well as passion for "getting things done" as opposed to delegating. You have a strong command of the English language and have the ability to create engaging content.
Crucial for the position is:
• understanding of future and digital communications channels
• collaborative approach to working in a team environment
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
About the employment
The position as Communications Business Partner will start as soon as possible. As a consultant, you are employed in Adecco Sweden. The assignment is expected to last until February 2018.
