We are looking for a talented Communications Associate who wants to play a role in shaping the internal communications at Northvolt Ett - Europe's first homegrown gigafactory for lithium-ion batteries, and an industrial landmark that is accelerating our society's transition towards electrification and renewable energy.
As an Communications Associate with focus on internal communication you will be working in a small but dedicated local Communications team. You will report directly to the Communications Manager at Ett, and work very close to the local management team.
Northvolt Ett is growing, and fast. To support the organisation's growth, we need an internal communication associate who can come up with creative solutions to complex problems, and drive them from idea to implementation.
You will play a key role in driving the internal communications activities at Northvolt Ett, and establishing processes to support 4000 co-workers in the coming years. You will work in a close partnership with the Communications Manager in Skellefteå, and be supported operationally by the central communications team in Stockholm.
Your daily tasks will be hands-on and operational but you are also expected to participate and support the internal communication strategy and planning. You will be responsible for the daily administration of internal company channels, curate and produce engaging content for internal use, as well as act as a communication support for managers.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for administration of internal company channels, including but not limited to content production, publishing, and updating material
- Operational guidance and counsel to managers and other departments for internal communications
- Support communication manager in daily operational tasks
- Evaluate internal communications activities to support development of content and strategy, such as interviews, focus groups, surveys etc
- Drive implementation of internal campaigns and follow up
- Track internal communication KPI's

We believe that you have :
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Media and Communication, or equivalent
- 1-2 years relevant work experience
- Excellent written and oral skills in English
