YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You have a relevant education and/or a couple of years experience within media- and communications or similar. An experience of financial information is a plus. You are passionate about languages and communication and are fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish. In order to thrive in the position we believe that you are structured and accurate and that you are independent in thoughts and actions. You can work in Microsoft Office unhindered and if you have knowledge in CRM it will be considered a plus.
THE IR AND CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS UNIT
The IR and Corporate Communication unit's mission is to contribute to Axis success, support the business goals and give a clear understanding of the company's strategy, business approach and culture. The IR & Corporate Communication unit shall provide regular and relevant information to the financial market and deliver quick and correct information to media about Axis ongoing business in order to increase the knowledge and strengthen the image of Axis
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main focus will be financial communication within the Investor relations area but you will also have responsibilities in other areas concerning our external communication.
Your main tasks will include:
• Assisting in the production of the annual report, including tasks concerning text, pictures, layout and printing.
• Proof reading of communication material in English and Swedish
• Assisting and taking responsibility in the presentation of all financial reports
• Preparing for and evaluating of analysts- and investment meetings
• Participating in corporate communications project
• Developing and updating communications material in print and on the web
• Handling media coverage
• Preparing sponsor activities
• Consecutive administration
You will report to the IR / CC Manager
