Here, a very important dimension is our communication – both internally, between our Product Companies and Customer Centers around the world, and externally, to our end-customers.
The Mission of the Communications & Brand Manager is to
develop and implement a communications strategy that supports the division’s global business development.
Tasks include:
Support the product marketing, which means preparing product
information in a wide sense and through different channels
Manage the brand of the division and its trade marks
Dynamic use of media (the Internet, international trade press etc)
Support our Customer Centres at exhibitions and special events
Measurement of the results of communication initiatives.
The Vision is to further develop communications into a clear
competitive advantage for URE.
You will lead a team of five communication professionals and
report to URE’s Vice President, Marketing - Capital Equipment.
This vacancy arises as our current Communications and Brand
Manager is to start a new position within Atlas Copco, in Texas, US.
To succeed, you should have a university degree in a relevant
field, or equivalent competence acquired through working
experience. You have solid experience from communications
activities in a business to business environment, and excellent
written and spoken English. A technical background, experience
from sales/marketing and / or an understanding of mining and
civil engineering will be beneficial.
