We are looking for a substitute Communication Specialist to our head office in Gothenburg.
Your role in our team. As Communication Specialist, you are part of the Group Culture & Communications team. A team with different roles within HR and communication working together. In your role you work on a strategic and operational level with Lindex's group communication together with your colleagues. With our communication, we tell the story about who we are and what we want to achieve at Lindex. We listen to the world around us, spread awareness and create engagement - to build our corporate and employer brand and strengthen the commercial brand.
In your role, you create and publish internal and external communication that supports our strategy and our journey as a company. You develop messages, plan corporate PR activities, and manage and create content for our corporate website and LinkedIn account. You are also overall responsible for the development of Lindex's employer brand.
You work in close collaboration with your team and colleagues from all parts of the Lindex organisation. You are a communication advisor that supports in challenging issues and create valuable dialogues and relations with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a substitute position for approximately ten months.

Degree in media and communication, journalism or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic and operational corporate communication
Experience of planning and implementing communication plans and activities, managing different communication areas and creating messages based on strategies.
Experience from digital communication tools such as intranet platforms, content management tools, social media, Photoshop and InDesign.
Knowledge in employer branding and sustainability topics is qualifying
Excellent skills in Swedish and English, in both writing and speech
