Do you want to work in an inspiring company and to help us build up our internal communication platform?

You will be responsible to further grow and develop internal communication and employer branding, in line with the outlined Atlas Copco vision to become First in Mind - First in Choice®.

Internal Communication
You will be expected to strengthen our internal communication in Rock Drilling Tools (RDT) Division through focused and trustworthy communication. Your biggest challenge will be to keep both current employees and future employee perspective in all our internal communications.

You will be responsible for current and the coming intranet. This means that you will develop and maintain internal information on the Intranet, website, and social media sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook etc, you will also be responsible to provide internal information to our sales companies.

Employer branding
You will be responsible for all employer branding initiatives and the mission is to strengthen the brand perception among current and future employees. In your role, you will develop the Employer Branding mission and strategy for the RDT division. You will be working closely with the HR team.

You will also be responsible for different kinds of internal productions, such as magazine, newsletters, movies, presentations, etc. You will assist in Atlas Copco corporate responsibilities, public relation activities, such as Water for All, Swedish Business Culture, authorities & trade associations.

To safeguard a professional communications across the Division, you will work closely with the Vice Presidents, Function Managers and Team Leaders.

Experience requirements
We do think that you have more than 2 years of experience from communication positions. Networking and communications initiatives.

Knowledge
Very good writing skills. Project management.

Educational requirements
Post Graduate degree in journalism or communications. Highly proficient in both Swedish and the English language, both written and spoken.

Personality requirements
Charismatic/enthusiastic. Significant social competence and a good cooperator. Sharing and caring. A strong communicator. Able to handle multiple tasks to strict deadlines. Customer focused.
