Global Customer Service (GCS) plays a key role in the transformation, as an active collaborator. Our contribution is to provide a premium ownership experience, as well as capture the business potential in the service market Global Customer Service are looking for a communications professional who is motivated by the challenge of telling our story within and outside GCS, and driving engagement for our strategic direction. You will develop communication strategies, messaging and assets for top management levels as well as content for broader target groups
Purpose
Be an active member of the Global Customer Service (GCS) Management Team, Coaching GCS managers to develop their communicative leadership, contributor in relevant Volvo Cars communication forums, represent, develop, manage and drive the communication strategy and overall messaging for Global Customer Service, with the aim to reach both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do?
You will lead and develop the overall communication strategy for Global Customer Service (GCS), develop plans to strengthen strategic communication skills among employees, creating ambassadors who in an effective manner promote the GCS agenda.
In this role you will promote and communicate the GCS business agenda with the aim to build a strong employer brand - attracting talent from inside and outside Volvo Cars.
You need proactively prepare and support VP GCS (and in some cases also the management team) with planned and strategic communication, in connection with major projects as well as evaluate performance for major communication activities to define lessons-learned.
You will aprove and secure a high level of quality and correctness for all communications through the company's communication channels, defined, achieve targets, manage the budget and ensuring that optimum return-on-investment is achieved.
You and your skills
You have Master degree in communications, or equivalent, management experience with strategic focus and strong ability to turn business requirements and complex challenges into easily understandable communication.
You also have exceptional communications skills in Swedish and English, orally and in writing and proven leadership skills with focus on courage, creativity and change management
On a personal level
For this position, you need to have exceptional communication skill. You are passionate about customers, energetic and target oriented.
It is important that you have a good commercial sense, strategic and holistic mind-set, strong ability for teamwork and drive tasks independently. You are confidence to act in an international environment
