IKEA Cor Business Supply is responsible to source, manufacture and distribute IKEA products to the IKEA retailers. Our various business units are leading an exciting development agenda with everything from digitalization and automation of our supply chain to responsible sourcing and our climate agenda (we want to be climate positive by 2030). Our small global communication team is responsible to hold together the strategic communication agenda of IKEA Core Business Supply, and coordinate and support initiatives across the business. This means you'll have plenty of learning opportunities and a good chance to create impact.
A big part of our assignment is to build understanding of IKEA Core Business Supply, its role and contribution to building trust in IKEA. We do this by enabling proactive and transparent communication that delivers to our business priorities, that what we communicate is relevant and engaging and is communicated to the right stakeholders at the right time, always with IKEA tone of voice.
As Communication Project & Production Leader you will be leading and producing communication activities/projects based on business needs. It will be a mix of supporting specific projects and running business assignments. The red thread will be to secure high quality, timely communication that meets the needs of the receivers. You'll be:
Planning, leading and following up communication projects, sometimes including production/execution
Making strategic messages clear, simple and understandable to the target group through inspiring communication.
Securing the IKEA tone of voice through a sharp combination of words and graphics.
Offering communication support to enable others to lead with communication.
Securing effective communication through developing and modernizing our approach to internal communication
