Job description/mission

Objective of role:
To be an active contributor in reaching the team mission: "Accelerate the sale growth by developing unified way to communicate the superior values of our equipment, service and consumable for our customers ."

Specific tasks and responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Communication and Brand Manager to define communication strategies and activities.
- Lead and coordinate projects such product launches, events, campaigns and exhibitions, from plan, budgeting and production to follow-up.
- Initiate, produce, publish and follow-up of compelling content across digital and non-digital channels, both internally and externally. The content includes, but is not limited to: articles, videos, animations, press material and web pages. Production of material takes place both in-house and for some projects with support from external suppliers.
- Lead and coordinate production of technical material that take place both in-house and for some projects with support from external suppliers.
- Support/set up web and social media strategies, produce content and make sure it is spread to all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that each communication activity is delivered professionally, in a time-efficient, cost-effective manner.
- Develop relationships and networks globally - with communications managers and sales force in Customer Centers and divisions.
- Plan, produce and publish newsletters and other communication towards Customer

Centers and customer. Collaborate with trade press and influencers as part of the marketing activation process.


Reporting

You report to the Communications and Brand Manager.



Educational requirements and experience

- Degree in marketing, media & communication.
- Experience in marketing communications work is meritorious.
- Experience in copywriting and editing.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills. Other languages are meritorious.
- Good graphical skills and knowledge in Adobe CC.
- Lead and coordinate production of technical material that take place both in-house and for some projects with support from external suppliers.
