hela Sverige Perido is searching for a communication officer for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is placed at their lovely office located in the centre of Stockholm.
This job means that you will take on a varied and exciting role that offers an ever-changing workday. You will be responsible for:
• Planning, coordinating and delivering communication activities to assigned clients and stakeholders
• Participating in routine deliveries of press, media and information services
• Contributing to activities relating to the area of risk and crisis communication and behaviour change
To be successful in this role you must be interested in the world of media and media relations. You have the ability to synthesize and analyse complex information and convert this into a format comprehensible for non-technical audiences. You are service oriented and have a strong sense of tact, discretion and confidentiality. You also have the ability to react quickly to unforeseen challenges while remaining calm under pressure. Required qualifications
• Education at university level and relevant professional experience
• Excellent knowledge about how media works and hands-on experience in media relations
• Excellent knowledge and experience of internal communication
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written English
Contract type and hours
Full time. Start as soon as possible. End in September.
