Erasteel is the only player in the world dedicated to high-speed steels with complete know-how: design, production, atomisation and processing of conventional and powder metallurgy high-speed steels. Erasteel has more than 900 employees and 6 industrial sites, 3 of which are in Sweden (Söderfors, Långshyttan, Vikmanshyttan).
Your mission
Based at Erasteel Söderfors (Sweden), you will be assisting Erasteel's Communications and Marketing Manager. Your main missions as our Communications Officer? To inform employees about news, results, to give meaning and visibility to the company's challenges, and to promote successes, in order to contribute to Erasteel's performance and transformation.
Respecting the rules of safety and quality, you will be in charge of:
Write and distribute internal and external communications (print, digital, audiovisual): interviews, content creation, graphic design, photo/video shooting, video editing, etc., in-house or in relation with external providers.
Pilot internal communication tools (TV system, intranet, flash, newsletter...) in line with the internal editorial strategy and providing support for external communication (social networks, corporate presentation, website...).
Carry out specific communication actions on cross-cutting subjects such as safety, quality, HR, environment, CSR, etc.
Contribute to the events organised on the 3 Erasteel sites in Sweden and provide occasional support to events organised by Erasteel (outside Sweden): organisation, coordination, follow-up of the production of communication materials, coverage of the event.
Ensure the administrative follow-up of the actions.
As part of your duties, you will be required to travel regularly to the 3 sites in Sweden and occasionally to France or other countries where our trade fairs will be held
Your profile
Relevant higher education.
First experience of 2-3 years in a communication officer position (ideally in industry)
Excellent writing skills, ability to summarise and very good spelling are essential.
Computer skills: Office pack, Adobe Suite tools (Indesign, Illustrator), notions of video editing and ideally SharePoint knowledge.
Languages: Swedish (fluent), English (professional). French is a plus, but not required.
Above all, we are looking for a personality, a state of mind and a commitment! Autonomy, sense of responsibility and priorities, organisation, rigour, strength of proposal.
