Responsibilities
The department delivers training and on-boarding processes to their internal customers. They strive to meet the requirements of the clients in creating and improving training material, planning training, collaborating with suppliers, and mapping the development needs of the customer contact centers.
Here you will have the opportunity to work in a tight group where teamwork is a key component to their success.
* Develop and improve training material, ensuring that customer communication is being delivered at the highest possible level.
* Help to improve knowledge management systems by creating knowledge articles and be responsible for instructions, and ensuring that the same training methods and learning are used across markets.
* Mapping and improving skill levels for customer contact centers.
The assignment is through Manpower and you will be hired as a Manpower employee. The assignment will begin as soon as possible and will run until the end of 2019 with opportunities for extension.
Who are you?
You are experienced in communication and training, with specific emphasis on business/marketing, customer experience and consumer insights, preferably with consumer brands.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
* Strong organizational and time management/prioritisation skills.
* Native or close to native English is required, spoken and especially in writing. High proficiency in a second language a distinct advantage
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a lateral thinker
* A decisive decision maker with good project managing skills
* Extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Salesforce an advantage
* Ability to influence and build collaborative, productive relationships with internal business partners and external vendors.
* Be permitted to work in Sweden
