Make it real
As our Communications Manager at Tobii Group, you will be a part of a team managing a variety of essential internal and external communications functions across the entire group, and on behalf of our three business units Tobii Tech, Tobii Pro and Tobii Dynavox.
The purpose of the role is to continue to articulate and grow awareness for the possibilities and value of Tobii's technologies for a wide range of audiences within Sweden and across Europe. We want to share all the amazing things we do at Tobii both internally and externally and demonstrate just how much fun we are having doing it! Sounds fun? It will be!
Amaze our customers
Our vision is a world where all technology works in harmony with natural human behavior. Your contribution to this as our Communication Manager will include everything from media and PR planning to execution, brand management, employer branding strategy, and sustainability. You'll be writing press releases, blog entries, web material, and holding statements. You will establish regular contacts with key journalists and influencers. You'll project manage agency collaborations and internal project groups with our three business units. It will also include things like drafting company updates, newsletters, intranet posts, etc.
You will be an essential part of the Tobii Corporate Communications team and report to the VP, Global Corporate Communications.
Beat yesterday
This role contains a little bit of everything, we know, and that 's how we want it! This is some of the experience we think you have:
A solid number of years of experience in internal/external communications responsible for both strategy and execution.
Be a great writer/editor fluent in both English and Swedish.
Have technology public relations and media relations experience in Sweden and (bonus) Europe.
Experience coordinating and collaborating across distributed teams, functions, regions and even business units.
Hands-on experience with CMS tools, social media, collaboration tools etc.
Bachelor's degree in marketing and communications
Maybe you have experience from a tech company like Tobii or maybe you have corporate or agency experience - they're all interesting!

Collaboration will be key in this role, so you are probably a friendly networker who is approachable, reliable, organized and great at coordinating complex initiatives.
