Stena Line's Sustainability, Brand & Communications department has a crucial part in this journey and currently we are expanding. Our department is responsible for strengthening the Stena Line brand through effective external and internal communication through our various channels. We need to ensure both customers and employees are on-board in this exciting period of development.
What will you do?
As Communication Manager you will contribute to telling our story and explain our exciting way forward to internal and external audiences. In this role you will get to work closely with our various functions as well as the business regions. Group Communication handles all media contacts and social media channels like LinkedIn and Twitter and set the structure for the Group. We develop digital communication for our stenaline.com website and co-ordinate with our regional marketing. Internal content is produced for newsletters and intranet and we are developing new solutions to reach our colleagues even better. You will have a crucial part in this journey and together with our colleagues in Brand and Sustainability, you ensure that communication is in line with our brand position - and that we act as sustainable as we communicate.

Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We are looking for someone with a truly positive mind-set and a can-do attitude. Do you have experience from PR and media work at an agency? Perfect! Good at developing relations and picking up the phone? Even better! With your strong communication skills and curiosity, you can present complex matters in a simple and understandable way to convince your audience.
The must-have's:
• Academic degree or equivalent communication/journalistic experience
• About 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience from PR & Media work at agency, in-house or equivalent
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
