hela Sverige Are you interested in joining the Corporate Communication Projects Team focusing on leading, advising and delivering high impact communications in the bank's strategic projects, initiatives, and prioritised focus areas?
We are now looking for a Communication Manager to add to our competent and highly experienced team.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Lead, advise, deliver communication plans in strategic projects and focus areas with regards to HR, leadership, and employee communication
• Contribute to building trust, attraction and engagement towards primarily strategic projects linked to workplace, ways of working, leadership, and employee attractiveness
• Resume communication project management in strategic projects linked to workplace, ways of working leadership and employee attractiveness
• Collaborate closely with team members inside and outside of our group function - Group Brand, Communication & Sustainability
• Coordinate and develop communicative efforts related to our employees and leadership
• Contribute to the continuous development of Swedbank as an employer in close collaboration with HR and Brand
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor or Master's degree in relevant field
• Experience in leading comprehensive and complex communications projects or initiatives involving many different stakeholders in a variety of business areas and group functions
• Good understanding of Swedbank's organisation and operating model
• Great communication and cooperation skills, both with internal and external stakeholders and cross-border
• Ability to convert business priorities into strategic and target-group based communication
• An understanding of Swedbank's corporate segment, ranging from smaller businesses to larger corporations
• Proactivity combined with a doer mentality and with good planning & prioritising skills
• Solution orientated, structured and efficient
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
