You will lead the communication that happens in our CRM platform (Intercom) and our social media platforms.Through Intercom, you will be responsible for email and push notification campaigns related to user education, onboarding, activation and engagement. We also place heavy emphasis on data analytics and you will get all the support needed to make sure that we constantly track, A/B test and improve our user communication.We have huge opportunities to work more in our social media channels, as well as content writing and PR. You will take the lead on this work and evaluate what (and where) will have the greatest impact on our growth.You will work closely alongside the rest of the Growth & Marketing team and together brainstorm, iterate and test your way forward.Who are we looking for?You define yourself as a great copywriter with an abundance of creativity and a deep understanding of the psychology behind great user communication.We're looking for someone who:Has +3 years of experience working with communication.Has experience of defining customer journeys and community-building on social.Has worked mainly with digital B2C products.Has a great eye for design and know their way around eg. image editing.We also expect you to be:a native English speaker and writer, or proficient to a similar level.a doer who thrives when handed freedom to test new things. You share our belief that done is often better than perfect.Have a background in youth sports? Fantastic! It's a big plus if you share our passion for the positive impact sports can play in the lives of children and youths: encouraging healthy lifestyles, building lasting friendships, growing children into leaders and acting as a bridge between cultures.
