You're passionate about communication as a driver of engagement and business impact. You enjoy working creatively, using insights and collaboration to bring stories and strategies to life.
You have solid experience (around 7+ years) in internal and/or external communication, ideally in an international environment
You're experienced in developing and delivering 360° communication strategies, campaigns and activations
You enjoy working with insights and data to shape communication and improve performance
You're confident collaborating across teams and markets, building strong relationships
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
You'll bring communication to life by creating engaging experiences for co-workers and partners across markets.
Developing and driving communication strategies and plans to strengthen co-worker engagement
Leading creative communication initiatives, campaigns and activations across channels
Collaborating with markets and stakeholders to deliver integrated communication solutions
Supporting change communication and business priorities with clear, inspiring messaging
Monitoring performance, analysing results and continuously improving communication impact
Exploring new trends and opportunities to make communication more relevant and engaging
