During the end of 2025 and during 2026, our Communication & Change Specialist, will be on parental leave. This opens the door for you to join us and shine in a pivotal position within the Finance Way & Innovation Office - the transformation muscle of Scania's global Finance Community.
As Finance undergoes an exciting evolution - with the rollout of a new ERP platform and the transformation towards a smarter, more agile future - we need someone who can help us bring the story to life and make every change meaningful, human, and engaging.
Role Summary
You will be at the heart of the action, crafting clear, compelling communication and supporting change activities. Whether it's producing creative content, coordinating global events, building or enhancing strategic frameworks - your voice will help guide and energize a global audience. You'll work across teams, functions, and borders - collaborating with our Finance Transformation Program, People & Culture, Finance & Business Control, and Internal Comms - to ensure our message lands with impact.
Job Responsibilities
Tasks in this context can typically be exemplified with:
• Creating and curating engaging content across platforms/channels - from Teams posts, films, and newsflashes to CFO conferences and digital events.
• Acting as the bridge between the Finance Community and the Finance Transformation Program.
• Lead our cross-functional content team
• Shaping the Finance Community Portal and fueling our transformation narrative.
• Supporting strategic communication frameworks and co-developing change strategies that spark action and connection.
