hela Sverige Indirect Sourcing is tasked with the provisioning of indirect materials to internal customers. The organization is responsible for steering and optimizing the sourcing processes and guiding all internal customers/stakeholders along the process.
Indirect materials include all goods and services that are not an integral part of the products of Husqvarna Group. The Commodity Manager - Temporary Labor is a key role to support the Husqvarna Group in Sweden with both white- and blue collar resources.

As Commodity Manager - Temporary Labor you are part of a small and highly motivated team of Commodity Managers and Operational Buyers. You will report to the Director of Indirect Sourcing.

Your tasks
• Drive the implementation of the recently adopted commodity strategies within the white- and blue collar commodities
• Understand our company's internal needs and transform them into actions
• Create, negotiate and maintain agreements with suppliers
• Strive to create internal efficiency within our sourcing team
• Support and/or drive continuous improvement activities within your area of responsibility
Your profile
To be a candidate for this role you either have a bachelor degree in relevant area or more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
Even if you have a university degree you should also have some work experience from the consulting/temporary labor industry, either on the buying or the selling side of the business.
Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact collaboratively with internal customers across multiple departments and business areas.
Furthermore, to succeed in this role, it is important that you have good analytical and problem solving skills combined with a structured way of working.
