hela Sverige ValueOne is looking for a Purchasing Manager for a seven month consultant assignment with the possibility of extension for a manufacturing company in Husqvarna. The assignment will start in December. Location for this role could be either Husqvarna, Stockholm or Gothenburg.
The role
Your primary responsibility for this position will be to manage all the spend in relations to Sales & Marketing Sourcing.
Main tasks:
Lead the negotiations with global Media partner and agree on the terms for the new long-time period. Pitch if necessary.
Be ultimately in charge of all commercial relationships with suppliers within the assigned commodity Brand & Marketing
Manage supplier relationships to drive supplier performance, contract effectiveness, collaboration and integration and deliver improved result.
Support internal customers from sourcing side to ensure continuous improvement, demand management and reduced maverick buying.
You will report to Senior Director Indirect Sourcing with possibility to work remotely.
Experience and competencies
The person we are looking for should have at least five years of experience from a similar role in commodity management with specialization in marketing. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or similar with acknowledged qualifications in Purchasing and Marketing. A master's degree in relevant area is meritorious. Experience of sourcing of indirect material is of importance especially knowledge from sourcing of software applications. We want you to be fluent in English, oral and in writing. If you are fluent in additional languages e.g. German it is an advantage.
Working close to a marketing director or with strategic purchasing within marketing is an advantage for this position. We also attach great importance to your ability to collaborate and communicate with others. Furthermore we value strong influencing skills and experience and insights in the Purchasing environment as well as strong planning, analytical and organizing abilities.
