About the job
As a Commodity Manager within Husqvarna Group you will be commercially responsible within MRO (Maintenance Repair Operation). You will have responsibility for all commercial relations with suppliers within its commodity with a business management approach. You will secure targets levels within the Commodity supply base of Quality, Delivery, Costs, and Sustainability over time and ensure that Husqvarna has a process efficiency and compliance to Procure to Pay System. You will also be the first contact point for users and provide training in the Procure to Pay System.
Your main tasks will be:
• Create and implement strategy for respectively commodity.
• Create and maintain agreements for suppliers within responsibility area.
• Create, maintain & communicate commodity strategy for respective commodity.
• Create and maintain relations with internal sourcing functions and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for legal/commercial agreements with suppliers within commodity.
• Maintain the Procure to Pay tool by loading of catalogues, make updates, to drive spend visibility and drive savings.
• Perform operational sourcing and e-sourcing including RFI's and RFQ's through the Procure to Pay tool.
• Issue- and send the agreed PO 's and contracts to the agreed suppliers.
• Test- and verify new releases of the Procure-to-Pay tool.
Relevant Background
We require a Bachelor Degree or working experience in relevant area. If you have a master degree in relevant area it will be meritorious.
At least 2 years of working in sourcing is required for the position.
Fluent English and Swedish both orally and in writing is required.

We believe that you are a person who has good experience from making priorities and independently identify importance and order of tasks. Experience from working on more than one project simultaneously which have a moderate level of complexity. To have great organization and planning skills are of importance for the position. To have strong communication and presentation skills are something that we value high. You have strong ability to gather and organize relevant information, as well as proactively detect problems and identify root causes. Generally able to identify underlying issues or problems, trends, and cause-effect relationships.
Your personality in combination with relevant education, work experience, passion for working with sourcing and who thinks our vision is something you want to be a part of will be important in order to succeed in this role.
