Who are we, your new colleagues in Hydraulic Commodity?
Globally we are today about 20 highly motivated and driven members in a diverse and multi-cultural team. We have a high degree of interaction and collaboration in the team even if we are spread all over the world.

Here you will have the possibility to see what our machines will look like in 10 years from now and support these projects by integrating our development partners in Early Supplier Integration cooperation.
Volvo CE strive to have the most competitive and innovative suppliers in our supplier pool. In order to secure this, your responsibility will be to search for, evaluate and introduce these suppliers to Volvo CE. You will then work actively with these suppliers to achieve excellent relationships that can bring long term competitive edge to Volvo CE and our customers.

Main tasks/responsibilities
• Support or lead creation of sourcing strategies for selected sub-commodities in close cooperation with P&SM, technology, platforms and other stakeholders
• Lead the deployment of the sourcing strategies in region Europe
• Responsibility to optimize products and process to achieve a long term contribution to Volvo CE's improvements on quality, delivery and cost (QDC)
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers including implementation of full agreement packages
