Saab TransponderTech is looking for a committed and communicative master planner and purchaser to complete our logistic team.
Your role
As a master planner and purchaser you will have a central role in our logistics team. The team consists of about 10 employees that handles customer orders and dispatch, production planning, logistics and export control, as well as contract management, customer support and purchasing.
Your main tasks:
* To monitor the master plan of our products together with our sales department, product management and subcontractors
* To have the commercial responsibility for our subcontractors
* To handle the purchasing and industrialization tasks for our products in design phase, for new products and in the sustain phase.
* To coordinate review meetings with production and internal stakeholders
* To continuously improve processes, methods and tools related to your area of responsibility

We believe that you have a logistics background and a good understanding of planning, purchasing and supply chain. It is beneficial if you have a technical interest and experience from working with high tech products.
From a personal point of view, we also believe that you are an energetic person who addresses tasks with a high level of energy. You like to take own responsibility and can perform well even in stressful situations. Taking the leadership role in different situations is natural to you.
We also believe that you have good analytical skills and a good knowledge of the MS Office package as well as experience of working in ERP systems. In your role you will both have internal and external contacts, which demands a high level of communication and good skills in both English and Swedish.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
You will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team of about 40 people located at Saab's site in Hackefors, Linköping. The product portfolio consists of AIS and VDES radio transceivers and networks for land, ships, aircraft and satellites, as well as advanced navigation and presentation systems. The site includes all functions required by a small independent company within the company, from marketing and sales, to product development, production planning, customer support and logistics.
