As a Commissioning/Automation Engineer you will have a key role in providing technical service to our Market Companies and end customers. The work is project based and will give you the opportunity to work with the latest techniques. Your main task will be to start-up and fine-tune our solutions, both our branded processing units as complete process lines, at our end-customers factories all over the world.
Tetra Pak Processing Solutions supply high quality process solutions to the Beverage producers (juice, nectars, still drinks and carbonated soft drinks). We are experts all the way from pre-treatment and mixing/blending, to different heat treatment techniques. We can offer you a very interesting position and an opportunity to grow and become professional in one of our core technologies for food processing.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
• Commissioning, start up and troubleshooting of beverage branded processing units and process lines on our customers sites
• Be responsible for and manage automation design in customers order such as dimensioning of control equipment, panel specification, programming and function descriptions
• Technical training and support to Tetra Pak s Market Companies
• Delivery tests performed in our engineering workshop in Lund
• International travelling world-wide, approx. 120-150 days per year
Other tasks and responsibilities;
• Occasionally working with internal sales support, customer claims, product nursing and product development, support and audits at customer sites.
Publiceringsdatum2011-11-04KvalifikationerWe are looking for strong, independent, colleagues with high personal drive. Since the position involves world-wide travelling, you need to be a socially skilled individual with a strong ability to adjust. At our customer's sites you will need to take a supervising role, and it is therefore important that you are natural leader, self-motivated, pedagogical, flexible and result-oriented. You also need a systematic approach and good documentation skills.
You have a couple of years experience from the tasks above with minimum a technical education or at least 80 credits in engineering, preferably with focus on food production and/or automation engineering. You are excellent with PLC and HMI programming and have some industry knowledge in beverage and carbonated soft drinks. Your English are fluent, both written and spoken, and you have knowledge about automation control.
