With advancement of ML&AI technology and 5G introduction BNEW Services portfolio evolves to provide best in class value to Ericsson customers, there is a need to evolve constantly its commercial strategy and supporting assets to support Market Area teams monetizing our value proposition.
Specialist in this role will work closely with Market Area and BNEW Service Area teams to define and develop Customer Support services commercial strategy, techno-commercial assets and value argumentation, as well will be responsible for commercial governance mechanics for Customer Support portfolio, including price setting, steering, tracking, pricing KPIs and Ericsson Business Delegation aspects.
The role requires high performance in key dimensions such as strategic problem solving, innovation thinking, project management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities & Tasks:
Developing and communicating commercial strategy for BNEW Customer Support portfolio fully aligned with main stakeholders across BNEW Sales and Commercial Management and Service Area:
Work jointly with Service Area on defining long-term strategic goals for BNEW Customer Support portfolio
Building competitive commercial strategy assets including payment and price models, price setting and calibration mechanics for specific Customer Support, as well as selected commercial T&Cs
Providing regular commercial insights to BNEW Product Management and Business control on defined commercial strategy execution.
Development of techno-commercial value argumentation, supporting value calculator tools, sales tactics materials jointly with BNEW cross-functional teams
Aligning product packaging and licensing capabilities with Customer Support commercial strategy and commercial models and to provide the flexibility needed to support our top customers
Defining commercial delegation rules and mechanics for assigned Customer Support portfolio
Supporting BNEW cross-functional teams to drive improved Customer Support sales approach in customer units
SME support to BNEW cross-functional teams to customize and adapt commercial strategy for Customer engagements
Build knowledge and competence around Customer Support commercial strategy and tactics in BNEW Sales and Commercial Management and the broader commercial and sales community in Market Areas
Case studies, new services products, tactical handling instructions, CI and Hot Topics


Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Several years commercial experience in Customer Support Sales, Business Management, Business development, Commercial Management or Strategy
Degree in technology/business
Strategic thinker and problem solver with good business sense and market understanding
Strong and effective communicator, assertive influencer with good organizational effectiveness
Consistent performance within past roles in Ericsson



Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Innovative thinker and open minded for change
Experience in Business development or new Business Model innovation
Ability to split complex problems into solvable roadmap
Structured working style and ability to define and execute on set working priorities, well managing working complexities and ad-hocs
Technical competence in RAN and Core areas
Proven team player able to look beyond immediate responsibility areas and work to achieve best overall result for Ericsson
