We can offer positions for Commercial Solution Managers to join our Product Management team. There are several positions open within the following solutions:

• NFV
• Policy & Charging
• Video Analytics
• Operator Scorecard

As Commercial Solution Manager you will work across commercial, editorial and highly skilled Product Management colleagues to understand our customer needs, identify new opportunities, and deliver commercial initiatives within your area of expertise. As a Commercial Solution Manager at Procera Networks you?ll provide the solution?s vision, create the roadmap, and drive its execution. The main focus will be to ensure that the solution meets the market needs. You will have responsibility for one of our Strategic Solutions and combine that with the ownership of a Tactical Solution.

Commercial Solution Manager ? NFV based in Sweden or USA:
• NFV experience

Commercial Solution Manager ? Policy & Charging based in Sweden:
• Experience from policy and charging

Commercial Solution Manager ? Video Analytics based in Sweden or USA:
• Experience from video analytics

Commercial Solution Manager ? Operator Scorecard based in Sweden:
• Experience from operator scorecard

Job Requirements
• Use market research, customer and competitor insight, user feedback and analytics to understand customer needs and align to business resources and goals
• Aligning with company commercial strategy
• Responsible for the P&L of the solution and working with CFO department to use the best business models for the solution
• Work with members of the Technical Product Managers to get the products needed for the solution developed
• Be the spokesperson, the salesperson and the face of Procera for the solution
• Administer the collaboration and relationship with our sales team
• Function effectively as the interface between commercial solutions team and the customers, both internally and externally
• Solution vision and roadmap
• Analysis of research and defining solution objectives

Desired Skills and Experience
• Experience from Project Managing ? you will manage people in their strive to develop and sell the best solution out there
• Customer facing experience
• Experience of working across different departments including sales, marketing, editorial and development
• Commercial Solutions skills to analyze the market
• Experience from Network/Broadband/Internet related business
• Presentations skills to introduce and sale the product to our customer
• A track record of delivering successful products to market
• Ability to deliver within tight deadlines
• 5- years plus of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive, innovative and flexible approach
• Willing to travel extensively
