Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions Supplier Management team in Lund offer a creative and stimulating international work environment. We are looking for a Commercial Senior Supply Manager to strengthen our team in an expansive phase.
As Commercial Senior Supply Manager you have the commercial responsibility to develop the business relations with suppliers and will in close cooperation with our Business Development team support the growth of a new service business. You will get stimulation working towards set targets where you can influence the activities and results. You will play an important role in sourcing new suppliers, managing strategic partnerships and developing new business models for expansion within the Tetra Pak Technical Service business. The job will require frequent international travelling.
In this position you will have a functional responsibility but not any direct reports.
Main responsibilities
• Sourcing, contracting and managing a supplier base
• Develop new business models and manage the global relationship with selected suppliers
• Develop and implement Category Strategies for the defined Component Categories
• Drive Performance Improvements focusing on quality, lead time and cost
• Drive a common agenda with the supplier base, defining agreement on cooperation expectations between Tetra Pak and the Suppliers
Qualifications
We are looking for a driven, self going candidate with great networking skills. Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders both internally and externally. You also have solid business awareness as well as the passion to do business.
You have a strong drive to reach the objectives within your areas of responsibility. Furthermore you are motivated by building and implementing new ways of working and are open to change.
We believe the successful candidate has a University degree within Business Administration or Engineering. You have several years experience from supplier management with commercial responsibility including contract negotiation and supplier relationship management. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
