KSC, Digital Transport Operator (DTO) is focused on our commercially viable services and solutions. The mission is to make the transport haulier's and operator's business more sustainable and profitable through digitalization. The position

You are the Commercial Project Manager that will help us reach our goals. You will take lead in the whole life cycle chain of activities related to project management from start to finish, meaning; prepare, execute and conclude commercial projects within DTO. You have responsibility for the full service development process, from ideation phase to implementation.

You are expected to establish project mission, objectives, key deliveries and present and communicate this to relevant stakeholders, such as Scania Head Office, business units, customers and steering groups. The role also requires you to work with cross functional initiatives within DTO, ensuring professional and efficient operations of all our services. Extensive travelling is expected and a natural part of the role.

Your experience and skills

You have an entrepreneurial and truly commercial mindset and you enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a team as well as being comfortable working individually. You find it stimulating to work with colleagues with a mix of different commercial and technical competences. You have excellent communication skills, can easily relate to other people and feel confident in representing your organization in an external context.

The ideal candidate has a good understanding of, or a serious interest in learning, the transport industry, connectivity and how to support our customers through digitalization. Project management skills and experience from SaaS businesses will be highly valued. You can easily understand business requirements and are able to translate them into service concepts with viable business models. Sales and/or managerial experience is also a plus.

You have a relevant academic education in engineering and/or business administration. A very good level of English, both verbally and in writing, is required and knowledge of other languages is an asset.
