Axis servitization organization is a strategic company initiative that manages and develops the products and services to improve the customer experience, maximize value, and provide a platform to enhance customer insights and relationships

The servitization organization will be responsible for the servitization roadmap, governance and strategy within Axis as well as knowledge and global platforms to fulfill the servitization roadmap. The initial focus will be on subscription, hosted and financial services. The man task is to make sure that Axis and our business partners benefit not only from onetime purchases, but also from a recurring subscription business.

We are looking for a Customer Servitization Manager who will be responsible for engaging with customers, partners and sales regions around the introduction and roll out of new subscription service offerings. This is a new function within the company and is critical to our customers' overall experience with our products and services.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Program Manager is a critical role in driving the implementation of all servitization activities throughout the company. This role provides leadership, organization and facilitation of global servitization activities, including the ownership of the roadmap. The role is responsible for the successful, timely execution of agreed upon program and projects. The biggest impact will come from someone who has a strong business experience in a global business environment and masters the fundamentals of project management.



Helps to establish new routines and program and project management processes within a new organization.
Develop and manage a detailed plan that considers all requirements, constraints, resources and deliverables associated with defined objectives.
Leads the team in delivering projects that meet scope, schedule, budget and quality.
Ensures information concerning project status (i.e. schedules, deliverables, costs, risk and issues) passes to-and-from key stakeholders.
Ensures that an effective risk escalation process is established and that barriers to effective project execution are identified and addressed.
Helps assign resources and assists in the development of teams with input from different stakeholders and line organizations
Consolidates input and roadmaps from other depts. and use input from multiple sources to make roadmap decisions and recommendations to management.
Owns & prioritizes all activities within the company's services roadmap.
Resolves project management and project services resource conflicts in cooperation with multiple stakeholders.
Provide accountability for the evaluation and approval process for change requests (i.e. scope, schedule and cost).
Provides leadership to drive continuous improvements for processes and related operations.
Identify, communicate and support training need. Facilitate team knowledge creation.



WHO ARE YOU?

5-10 years of prior experience operating in a global, cross-functional and collaborative environment (ideally in a services organization).
Experience with business change management methodologies
Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
Maniacal attention to details, balanced with the ability to absorb large amounts of information and distill it down to the essentials.
PMI or PgMP certification
Experiences working collaboratively in a matrix organization
