Job summary
We are looking for a Commercial Product Manager to our separator team for one year, while our current Commercial Product Manager is exploring an internal job rotation.
The separator team is part of Channel Management & Key Components. The business sector has as mission to design the strategy for our products and support the growth through multiple sales channels.
What you will do
As Commercial Product Manager - Separators, you will be responsible for the Tetra Pak Separator portfolio strategy. You will be a key driver in product development projects, being responsible for the business case, product requirements, launch material as well as deployment planning.
Drive and participate in Market Analysis & Business Intelligence activities
Translate market needs into product requirements and develop business cases
Core team member in product development projects, focusing on product launches and product deployment
Collaborate and manage stakeholders internally and externally
Represent our team in development of commercial tools and ensure that our products are integrated in these tools.
Training and support linked to product deployment, portfolio and price etc.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden. This role requires travelling up to 25% of the time.

Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily collaborate and interact cross borders. You excel in stakeholder management. You also have solid business awareness and a good customer understanding, as well as strategic and visionary thinking. We welcome a creative mind.
We believe you have a university degree in engineering or similar, combined with minimum 10 years' work experience - likely as Product Manager, Business Development Manager or similar. A solid knowledge about dairy separators or related technologies as well as dairy or liquid food processing is considered a strong merit. Experience in digitalisation and factory automation from an integrated product perspective is seen as a bonus. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken is a must.
