Scania is undergoing an exciting transformation, aiming to become a partnership-driven leader in sustainable transports. As digitalization and electrification become central, digital services, interoperability and data are becoming increasingly crucial for operational efficiency in transport. These services and traits are essential for delivering a premium customer experience during this transition and beyond. We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager focusing on data and partnerships within our digital transport and charging services.
The Role: As a Product Manager in Scania's Digital Transport and Charging Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in directing the vision of our digital transport services, particularly through data services and strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities will include the development and implementation of new data businesses and partnerships with 3rd party applications, enabling our customers to leverage digital solutions and optimize their operations. You will collaborate extensively with a brilliant team of product managers, product owners, service designers, and UX designers to shape the product strategy within My Scania and the extended digital ecosystem such as driver app and in-vehicle display. Furthermore, your role will involve supporting in the commercial strategy for these areas in conjunction with our markets and the Scania sales organization.
Your Responsibilities:
• Support in developing and implementing a focused product vision and strategy for data integration and partnership development, deeply understanding our customers' needs.
• Coordinate with other stakeholders and forge strategic partnerships with 3rd party providers to enhance our service offerings.
• Work with the marketing mix strategy for the services area throughout the lifecycle, guiding diverse stakeholders toward successful implementation.
• Drive product launches with robust go-to-market strategies, engaging presentations, and effective communication materials.
• Be part in defining commercial goals, track progress through success metrics, and prioritize development efforts based on customer demand and strategic partnerships.
Who We Are Looking For: A professional with a proven track record in Product Management, preferably within digital services focused on data and partnerships. Experience in the transport and/or e-mobility sector is advantageous. We are looking for someone agile-minded, with a robust understanding of service development, digital transformation, and a strong commercial orientation. Your communication skills should be excellent, suitable for a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Skills & Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in product management, with a significant focus on digital products and potentially partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate across functions.
• A university degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
