hela Sverige For the department Trading Support, part of the NextGeneration organisation we are looking for a/an Commercial Performance Manager Sweden (m/f)
Responsibilities
• Ensure optimal marketing of Swedish NextGeneration (ENG) assets in a fast-changing regulatory- and market environment by close cooperation with local ENG functions, E.ON Global Commodities (EGC) and ENG Contract management.
• Lead regular performance reviews on commercialization of Swedish ENG assets together with EGC and plant team.
• Initiate or drive commercial performance improvement projects (e.g. flexibility improvements) from idea- to value delivery.
• Deliver best available information on availability (including optimal outage planning), marginal costs and other plant parameters including volume forecast relevant for the external marketing of the assets to the central contract managers.
• Provide support to all relevant business processes like MTP, Portfolio review, Capex/Opex prioritization which require commercial input.
• Provide commercial input to renewal or new asset specific delivery contracts (e.g. TSO contracts not managed by EGC).
• Establish an excellent working relationship particularly with EGC, as well as with Regional Units, and manage/improve those interfaces on an ongoing basis in order to capture all market opportunities.
Qualifications
• Excellent university degree in economics, engineering or science.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking, ability to translate complex analysis into concrete commercial proposals and actions.
• Good knowledge of energy markets and Hydro asset performance.
• Highly collaborative attitude, ability to seamlessly work with other ENG functions and other E.ON units.
• Excellent MS office (e.g. excel/powerpoint) skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and concisely.
• English and Swedish are required, additional languages are welcomed.
