ABB Turbocharging is a technology and market leader in the manufacture and maintenance of turbochargers for 500 kW to 80+ MW diesel and gas engines. We are now looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to lead, manage and support the ABB Turbocharging Scandinavia (SE, DK & NO) commercial operaions team. Position will be based and includes the management of the business in Sweden/Gothenburg. This is a challenging and exciting role where you will be able to grow and become a key part of ABB Turbocharging business in Scandinavia but also extending the customer support to global level via our extensive Global Service Network.
Your responsibilities
Daily management of turbocharging commercial operations and work to achieve company key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Make sure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed (with the help of other functions).
Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships, to secure positive customer experiences throughout the process.
Identify new business opportunities with current and prospective customers in the area.
Follow best practices, enhance cross-collaboration skills and guide, motivate and support the development and competence of the Commercial Operations team in your business.

Your background
Minimum 5-6 years 'managerial experience of a team lead/ mid management level.
System knowledge of SAP/ERP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office and IT tools, is good to have.
Understanding of Technical Services or having engineering background (Marine Industry ), would be benefitial.
You are driven, open-minded and constructive in your way of thinking.
You are result-oriented and have the ability to support your team in achieving targets.
As a person you are flexible and outgoing, and enjoy interacting with both customers and colleagues.
English language is a must, Swedish skills is a big benefit.
