Today, those solutions enable field testing (drive, in-building, autonomous) of mobile networks, automated post processing of data collected via these - and other third-party - probes, OSS-based network troubleshooting and optimization, and application testing and monitoring.
Job description
Ascom Network Testing AB employs around 100 people, most of whom are based at our R&D facility in Skellefteå.
We are now looking to recruit a Commercial & Finance Manager to join the team, who will have responsibility for financial controlling within the Swedish legal entity as well as the Test & Measurement business globally.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
• Manage the Legal entity Finance function for Ascom Network Testing AB
• Controlling within Test & Measurement
• Implementation of Divisional and legal requirements
• Ensure that all stakeholders receive timely, relevant & high quality support & analysis
• Manage the budget for Sweden Specifically R&D and Product management, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated/trained/developed
• Manage and maintain efficient Reporting (IFRS) - P&L, Balance sheet & Cash flow per legal entity to fulfil legal requirements
• Standardization/Improvement operational processes - Purchase requisition to payment process
• Manage Special Projects for Sweden from a Finance point of view - implementation of Concur, DMS, MS Dynamics AX etc.
• Improve existing ICS (additional controls, documentation, efficiency, etc.)
• Assist with month end closing activities and year end audit
• Lead Budget process within Swedish legal entity
• Reporting jointly to Controller EMEA and VP T&M
The position is located in Skellefteå
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
• 5 years audit experience with a blue chip accountancy firm
• Experience of working with international customers
• First class quality standards and high attention to detail
• First class interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast changing international environment
• Capable of managing and directing a small team
• Strong understanding for different cultures and ways of working
• Adaptable and flexible; able to see the bigger picture of how the Swedish entity fits within the wider Ascom structure.
• Graduate with a degree in a finance discipline/professional finance
qualification
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish
