Do you want to create sales and business development at one of the leading Diagnostic companies? We are seeking a Commercial Manager/KAM in Clinical Diagnostics for the Nordic Region working from our office in Bromma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting, monitoring and delivering annual sales targets as well as setting strategic direction of the business and create growth to increase market shares.
• Manage the distributors in Norway, Estonia and Iceland together with the Nordic Sales teams.
• Creating and implementing marketing material.
• Project management regarding public procurements.
• Having sales responsibility for Clinical Chemistry, Proteins, Immuno Chemistry and Clinical Automation and cooperate closely with the team members to resolve customers' issues and problems as needed. Updating CRM system and providing leads to ensure that all business opportunities are maximized.
• Performing work flow analysis in cooperation with the Nordic team members at the customer sites.
• Participation in European and Global trainings and meetings.
• Perform market analysis and keeping up to date with medical trends, competitive activities, pricing and tender management mechanisms.
• You are working closely with the General Manager, Sales Specialists, Application Specialists, Service Engineers, Customer service and other colleagues in the Nordic team and report to the General Manager.

Qualifications

We believe the successful candidate is educated to M.Sc. standard or higher in a biological or related subject. Experience in working in a clinical laboratory or with technical sales to clinical laboratory is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales in a Life Science or Diagnostic company is requested as well as experience of working with public tenders. You are used to holding presentations and training laboratory staff. Fluent Swedish and English is a requirement as well as a drivers license and the ability to travel. As a person you are self motivated, enthusiastic and driven. You have a natural ability to interact and network with people, and a large interest in sales.
