Job description
The Binding Site is committed to improving patient lives worldwide through education, collaboration and innovation. As Commercial Manager, you are responsible for expanding the business within the Nordic region focusing on Sweden and Finland.

As Commercial Manager, you are responsible for customer account management and effective execution of territory specific plans to sell and promote company products and services. This involves developing the existing customer base while acquiring new customers and updating territory developments in the CRM system. You also orchestrate, plan, and attend scientific activities including workshops and local trade show events.

You report directly to the General Manager of the Nordics and join the Nordic Sales Team. In addition, you work closely with, among others, the international marketing, technical support and medical science liaison teams to meet the organization's growth objectives within the Nordic region.

Responsibilities
Territory marketing and product lifecycle management with HQ marketing support
Monitoring of public tenders and responding to tenders
Managing scientific promotion and organizing workshops/events with support from your scientist colleagues
Customer implementation with service and support colleagues
Drafting the territory annual budget with your manager
Regular business trips in Sweden and Finland

Qualifications
We are looking for a Commercial Manager that thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change due to the growth journey of The Binding Site across the Nordic region. You are motivated by achieving targeted budgets through a persistent and proactive work ethic.

To be successful as our Commercial Manager we believe that you have:
Experience of IVD laboratory sales and/or scientific support
Experience of healthcare or life sciences sales work
IT literacy with the common Office programs
Good level of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
It is meritorious if you also have:
M.Sc. in relevant scientific fields, e.g., biochemistry, biotechnology or biomedical (Lab Tech).
