Role Summary:

In this role you will be responsible for attaining service sales objectives for the Ultrasound and Life Care Solutions (Clinical Care) product line in the Nordics. You are responsible for attaining the growth objectives of the region, achieve or exceed OP for services in their product line. Key traits are strong interpersonal skills, organization and leading, as well as ability to prioritize and drive multiple programs.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Leverage the support of the Service Account Leaders and Inside Sales Specialists to optimize the revenue opportunities of their product line.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive organic growth in Product Services Sales both at Point of Sales and after the end of the warranty period (revenue, capture rate and IB retention).
• Work closely with the marketing team to identify new growth opportunities or create campaigns for their product line, define the go to market approach, and define the structure needed to support them.
• Control pricing strategy on parts and services, understanding local dynamics.
• Use creative imagination and skills to launch new commercial program's to deliver top line growth and operating margin accretion.
• Cultivate and leverage customer relationships at the executive level, develop long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
• Ensure seamless teamwork with the other product leaders, Equipment Sales, Services and Marketing teams to provide customer satisfaction.
• Performing reporting and forecasting of the sales activity at GM level.
• Reporting strong line to RSSM Nordic and work closely with European Product manager and Service sales Leader.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or similar.
• Strong relevant experience of sales/service and product experience.
• Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers.
• Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages.
• Analytical skills with ability to digest complex data and deliver direction and messaging at all levels both to external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic region.
• Leadership and influential skills.
• Fluent in English and local language.

Desired Characteristics:

• Previous experience of managing sales professionals.
• Strong experience of product equipment sales or service.
• Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
