Regenersis Group is a global fast expanding mobile aftersales player focusing on investing within the warranty extension and insurance sector through its division "Digital Care". Digital Care has ambitious expansion plans within Scandinavia, Central and Easter Europe and other markets where Regenersis operates today. Due to this Group strategic decision to support Digital Care, we have an excellent opening based in Stockholm for a strong candidate to join the Swedish team as Finance Controller and help drive the business forward.
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Reporting locally to the Nordic Manager and at a group level to Central Finance in London, you will work within a small organisation and close team whilst benefiting from the strengths associated with being part of a large company. This role is a mixture of Finance management as well as business partnering and involves dealing with the senior management and company's stakeholders internationally. As Finance Manager, you will support the senior management team to understand and influence the underlying drivers of financial performance through first class financial analysis and challenging questioning.
The role is responsible for all aspects of the operations and the implementation of appropriate controls to also ensure efficient management of the company finances and compliance with statutory requirements and oversight of the assets within the entity.
To participate in and have responsibility for the production and reporting of financial plans and actual information that will support the management, planning and performance evaluation of the local division.
Responsible for full P&L/Balance Sheet planning and production, providing variance analysis with emphasis on sales and gross margin.
Responsible for the management and oversight of all financial planning activity which includes budgeting, re-forecasting and any other financial projections.
Generating key decision making reports for Board members and local managers.
Participation, acting as financial lead, in all new business or other company projects.
Monitoring product pricing.
Cash Management and transaction accounting activities ensuring appropriate levels of control and management of these activities.
Relationship management for all relevant service providers including internal, group or external providers e.g. Auditors, Tax advisors, Human Resources, etc.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate natural commercial flair coupled with a strong academic and leadership experience, as well as:
Post qualification experience in a similar role, ideally insurance.
Skilled in planning and meeting implementations deadlines.
Ability to plan for and implement short, medium and long terms goals.
Management Accounting Experience.
Human Resources experience.
Excellent IT skills, including the use of Excel to an advanced level.
Able to effectively communicate and manage negotiations at all levels inside and outside of the business.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work within a small team as part of a wider organisation.
Self-motivated, initiative to achieve, prioritise and with reputation for going beyond expectations.
