Has overall responsibility of the company's Regional Commercial Desk working closely with all Managers and Account Managers at the different locations to monitor, evaluate and coordinate sales, marketing, tender and commercial activities and drives initiatives to meet market demands in the region.
• Responsible for managing several accounts and being the face of the company to many clients.
• Achieving sales targets (Initial Focus Sweden/Scandinavia)
• Developing marketing material and presenting to customers when needed
• Submit marketing reports following all client interaction
• Provide a weekly overview of commercial activity and highlight actions to be worked on for the following week
• Keep a client overview updated on SharePoint of all accounts assigned showing opportunity and progress on closing/winning opportunity
• Working on strategies for growth alongside commercial (Sales) team
• Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
• Managing employer's client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support
