We are a fast-growing medical device company that is looking for a part time student assistant to help with the development of processes and guidelines that will streamline our activities globally
Main activities
• Support to Commercial projects
We are running large commercial projects in order to streamline the way we work across the markets, and to ensure we are creating the highest value for the business. As such we are looking for assistance in documenting the new processes, developing the guidelines with the markets and setting up a structured system for enforcing these.
• Support to Commercial Excellence team
The Commercial Excellence team which you will be a part of, is the data center of the company, and we are in the process of updating all of our data systems. As such you may be asked to support doing some data analyses on an ad hoc basis to support the team.
Qualifications
It is not important to us what you are studying as long as you have minimum 1 year left of your education and that you are interested in and curious about commercial activities
The ideal candidate is/has:
• Eager to learn and continue their professional development
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Some business understanding
• Some Microsoft office- Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Strong focus on details
• Able to work with people of different cultures and ways of communications since it will be a job with international contact
• Good writing skills
• Able to adapt and work well in fast paced environments
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

You are expected to drive your tasks independently in adherence to deadlines, that also means we offer flexible to fit your studies during the week. Similarly, you will have more flexibility during exam periods as needed.
