About the role
We are looking for a global commercial excellence manager. In this role you will be responsible for defining and implementing commercial excellence on a global scale and ensure positive and documented business impact. The main target is to strengthen Atos commercial excellence capabilities at all levels, explore scalability to further strengthen our HCP customer relations.

You will be a key player in our commercial development and operations and work closely with many stakeholders globally across the company. Our HQ offices are located in Hyllie, Malmö, within a nice commuting distance both from the Copenhagen area as well as around Malmö.

Examples of tactical support areas:

• Develop and implement HCP targeting, segmentation and KAM planning processes and tools
• Close collaboration with countries to support and identify better practice in-house and external inspiration
• Explore opportunities to systematize using our different IT platforms, eg. Sales Force



Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role you need project management experience with excellent time management and communication skills. In this role, you will have excellent growth opportunities. Key qualifications and experience include

• Likely masters' degree in business or life science
• 3-5 years' experience with commercial excellence in life science
• Preferably experience from global or regional roles
• Experience working with CRM systems an advantage but not a must
